  • Day 14: What Do I Need to Fully Release Today?
    Nov 20 2025

    Send us a text

In today’s episode, I’m sitting with a question that’s stretching me in the best way:

What do I need to fully release so I can fully receive what God is trying to give me?

I talk about the tension of holding on to old identities, old urgencies, and old rhythms that no longer fit the woman I’m becoming. I share how God keeps inviting me into ease, clarity, and a softer rhythm — and how that invitation requires open hands, not clenched ones.

This episode is for anyone feeling the pull to let go of pressure, self-reliance, invisible deadlines, or the belief that you’re behind. Maybe what needs to be released is the very thing blocking what God is trying to place in your life.

I hope this question blesses you too. Let’s step into this season with open hands.

  • Day 13: What Am I Carrying That Isn’t Mine?
    Nov 18 2025

    Send us a text

Today I’m sitting with a gentle but necessary question: What am I carrying that I’m not supposed to carry? So often, the pressure, urgency, and weight I feel… I’m the one who created it. And a lot of what I hold onto was never meant for me to carry alone in the first place.

I reflect on the scriptures that remind me to cast my cares and burdens on the Lord because He cares for me and sustains me. This episode is an invitation to look honestly at the heaviness we’ve picked up—worry, pressure, expectations—and ask, Is this really mine? And if not, to lay it down at the feet of Jesus so we can show up in the simplest, truest way possible.

A soft reminder: we don’t have to hold everything. We were never meant to.

  • Day 12: What Permission Do I Need to Give Myself?
    Nov 18 2025

    Send us a text

Today’s episode is short, simple, and so necessary. I’m sitting with one question that’s been grounding me in this season of transition:

“What permission do I need to give myself so I can move forward with peace instead of pressure?”

For so long, I equated transition with punishment. I thought I had to hurry, control, and force outcomes. But when I really look at it, so much of that urgency was rooted in fear—stories I created in my mind, not truth.

In this season of transition I feel called to explore this question for myself.

What permission do you need to give yourself so you can move forward with peace?

This is Day 12 of 14.

  • Day 11: What’s Stirring in Your Spirit?
    Nov 17 2025

Today I’m sitting with a question I can’t shake: What is the next thing being stirred in my spirit—even if I can’t explain it yet?
Not the edited version. Not the realistic version. The uncensored, unfiltered whisper.

There’s something about allowing yourself to name the nudge without talking yourself out of it. So I’m letting myself dream without shrinking, and I’m inviting you to do the same. What’s that quiet invitation that keeps returning? What’s been pulling on your heart?

You don’t have to understand it to acknowledge it. Just sit with it.

  • Day 10: If you could write this next chapter, what would you write?
    Nov 14 2025

    Send us a text

In today’s episode, I reflect on the scripture, “My tongue is the pen of a ready writer,” and what it means to speak with intention. I ask myself — and you — a simple but powerful question: If your words are writing the next chapter, what are you speaking into being? I share how I’m choosing to declare peace, favor, clarity, and joy over this season, trusting that my words carry creative power. This episode is a reminder that our story is still unfolding, and we have the authority to guide it with what we speak.

  • Day 9: How will I speak over this moment?
    Nov 13 2025

    Send us a text

The question I’m sitting with today is this:
👉🏽 If I truly believe that life and death are in the power of the tongue, how would I speak over this moment?

Sometimes it’s so easy to forget that our words aren’t just sounds — they’re containers. They carry direction, atmosphere, and weight. The way I speak over a moment becomes the way I experience it.

In this episode, I share how I’ve been reflecting on the power of my words — not just what I say out loud, but the silent dialogue I hold within. What am I declaring? What am I aligning with? Am I speaking from fear, urgency, or old patterns… or am I speaking from faith and truth — from what God has already said?

    💭 Sit with this:
If you really believed that your words shape your world, what would you declare right now?

Would you speak peace over chaos?
Would you speak clarity over confusion?
Would you speak life into what feels uncertain?

Your tongue is a creative force.
Your words are forming your future.

    ✨ Scripture to Reflect On:

    • “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” — Proverbs 18:21
    • “My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.” — Psalm 45:1

🎧 Listen in for a gentle reminder to pause before you speak — not in hesitation, but in authority — and to speak life into the moment you’re in.

  • Day 8: If I really believed that nothing was impossible… what would I do next?
    Nov 12 2025

    Send us a text

    Key Points:

    • Reflecting on the truth that “nothing is impossible for those who believe.”
    • Asking: If God delights in my desires, what does that mean for how I dream?
    • Reframing desire not as selfishness, but as divine design — desires are planted to draw us closer to the life He’s already written.
    • Visualizing this season as a blank canvas — a chance to co-create with God.
    • Exploring what it means to begin again with faith, words, and aligned action.
    • Reminder: The next chapter isn’t waiting on us — it’s waiting to be written with us.

    Anchor Scripture:
Psalm 37:4 – “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
Mark 9:23 – “All things are possible to him who believes.”

    Reflection Prompts:

    • What would I begin if I knew God was cheering me on?
    • What would I create or build if I trusted that He delights in my dreams?
    • What’s one desire I’ve been downplaying that might actually be a seed from Him?

  • Day 7: What if you truly believe you were right where you need to be?
    Nov 11 2025

    Send us a text

Today I had this question looping in my spirit: What would it look like if I actually believed that I am right where I need to be?

This came up because I noticed myself slipping back into those old patterns — the urgency, the need to produce something, the itch to control the moment so nothing falls apart. That part of me that thinks my worth is tied to what I can show for myself.

But when I slowed down, I realized… maybe the falling apart is the thing that’s making room for something truer to emerge. Maybe being is the work right now.

    In this episode/post, I unpack:
    • Why the urge to “do more” is actually an old survival pattern
    • What it means to trust divine timing instead of forcing every next step
    • How to sit with the discomfort instead of sprinting out of it
    • The deeper truth that your value is not measured by your output

And at the end, I ask you the same question I’m sitting with today:
What would it look like for you to really believe that you are right where you need to be?
