  • 93: Prevent Relapse After Residential Care Through Virtual Transitional Living w/ Paige VanNorman, MS, LLP and Laura Griffin, RD
    Oct 20 2026

If you left eating disorder treatment feeling ready, then felt the old thoughts creep back once you got home, this episode was created with you in mind and for anyone you love navigating that vulnerable stretch after treatment ends. Your recovery can keep moving between weekly sessions, with daily Christ-centered support that lets you stay at work and at home while you heal.

Paige VanNorman, a clinical health psychologist, and Laura Griffin, a registered dietitian, join Chrissy to share how the Kirsten Haglund Foundation's Virtual Transitional Living Program works. It's a faith-based, first-of-its-kind transitional living program for eating disorders that helps people build daily coping skills and community into their recovery journey. As Paige says, "I'll see how it goes" isn't an action plan, and this conversation gives you a better one.

    Sep 22 2026
