A Love Note to This Year: Trusting the Process, Ayahuasca, and Coming Home to Myself

In this solo episode, I’m sharing straight from the heart. In just a few days, I’ll be getting on a plane—on my birthday!—to head to Hawaii for my second Ayahuasca ceremony. This year has been one of the hardest and most expansive of my life. I’ve moved through deep somatic healing, touched layers of preverbal trauma I hadn’t accessed before, and anchored into a level of safety and trust I didn’t know was possible. It’s changed me. It’s changed my work. It’s changed how I show up in my marriage, my body, my business, and my relationship with God.

This isn’t a Q&A episode—it’s more of a love note. A transmission. A sacred pause before I go in.
