On episode 167 of Ol Ute Radio, we are joined by 5x All American and Lady Red Rock Tory Wilson! We had a fantastic conversation about gymnastics. We discuss: Training, tumbling, diet, stretching and performing in front of 15,000 fans at the University of Utah.
We also talked about her devastating injury at the 2015 Pac-12 Gymnastics Championship and her ability to cope with her injury.
In closing the show we discuss the sexual abuse allegations that are being reported about gymnastic in the United States. So please take a listen. Tory is one of the greatest athletes to perform in Utah history and she’s great to listen to!
