Welcome back, it’s a great day for some real motivation. I have a great show for everyone, two special guests today.

Jay-rod Johnson aka “J-Rod”, a Philanthropist, father and mentor to the youth. Jay-rod has over 25 years of experience doing great things in the community. It’s beautiful to see people uplift and give back. We also have Mr. Ervin back with us; he was in Nuts & Guts before. Two great men doing their best in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Mentoring is gift to others that involves other elements, such as tutoring, life skills, building self confidence and awareness, training and coaching. The supportive, healthy relationships that are built between mentors and mentees are both equally important. As a community we have great experiences to share.

Its been a minute, I know...

No wants a high utility bill or a flooded basement, or anywhere in the house this fall winter. There are things you can do to prepare your household in your basement and under your cabinets. A.k.a. the dead space areas. It’s a recession. Clearly a lot of families have less than they had last year and we need to prepare the house.
