Jay Carter is a social media marketing consultant, former national labor union rep and executive officer, and a Hip Hop artist who performs under the stage name Timid. He is currently the chair for BLM Tokyo, an organization that educates on racism and discrimination.

The show covers a broad range of topics and attempts to educate listeners about issues ranging from civics, government, music and beyond. Nuance does not endorse any candidates, ideologies or agendas, but presents lively discussion encompassing a range of viewpoints.
