What is Wisdom?

Wisdom is the ability to apply knowledge, experience, common sense, and insight to make sound judgments and good decisions, often involving deep understanding, ethical principles, and a thoughtful approach to life's complexities. It goes beyond mere intelligence or accumulated knowledge, encompassing a blend of cognitive, reflective, and prosocial components, leading to a balanced and prudent way of navigating the world.

When we pause to wonder at the majesty and sheer beauty of the world, and of life, when we allow ourselves to take a moment and truly appreciate things... something amazing happens.

In this episode Gail and Scott discuss this, and provide some insight and applications that can help the listener move through the chaos and turbulation that sometimes blocks us from enjoying life. I mean... we are here, might as well enjoy it, right?
