Some people argue that homosexuality (as we know it today) didn't exist when the bible was written, thus the scriptures don't mention it or prohibit it at all. Those who support this argument say that the scriptures that sound like prohibitions are actually referring to another practice that was happening in Roman territories at the time of Jesus.

This episode will continue thoughts on love and marriage. God's design for marriage creates a beautiful environment where love grows. In this episode, I explain my fears that redefining marriage will undermine the foundation of the institution of marriage in western society. I will also talk about what Christians can do do defend the traditional view of marriage in our speech and in our lives.

Even though that phrase 'love is love' may stir some feelings in us, I think we can all agree that it isn't wrong by definition. But it's so simple; what is the real meaning anyway?

I hope to shed some new light on this saying and also provide ideas on navigating conversations when this concept or this phrase comes up.
