Welcome the Mother and Son podcast Nova & Noah! Nova is a 40 something Psychotherapist and Noah is an 18 year old in his final year of school at the London Screen Academy. We discuss current issues candidly so that you can use it to open the door to your own difficult conversations with your teens.


We share our own funny, embarrassing and difficult experiences as a mother and son and offer tips for approaching sensitive topics such as mental health, relationships and social media. We also touch on the role of technology in today's society and the challenges it presents for parents trying to stay connected with their children.


Overall, our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for difficult or awkward conversations to take place so that deeper understanding can be created between parents and their teens.
