  • Mother's Day shoutout and a new coffee hack
    May 12 2024

    Podcast 31 Mother's day coffee

Hello fellow coffee lover. This is Glenn Welcome back to now without coffee episode podcast 31 I know it's been a while and I want to apologize for that. Some things in life happened but moving forward, I'm gonna be more frequent. I want to bring you more value and quality. Each podcast episode. Let's start with today's topics. We're going to start with the spring coffee flavor. A great Mother's Day gift coming up. Also, I got a coffee hack. You know, I gotta have a coffee hack in there. A coffee hack involving egg shells. or Yes, you heard right egg shells. Believe it or not. Another thing we're going to talk about is a review on a coffee I recently had a new coffee flavor and it's not going to be a very good view. We're going to talk about a passion for coffee as well as we have.

The coffee hack of course, your coffee review the spring coffee flavor and a little extra added value I want to see to the end. A little question mark, but you know how we start our episodes. We're going to start with three deep inhale breaths. breathe through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. inhale one more time, the third time in through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. I hope your work week or week went well coffee lovers. We unite to discuss coffee, coffee related topics. Relaxation. We're not going to excite you hype you up. We want to mellow you down relax. Everything in this world is so fast paced nowadays. Who has time to unwind take time to sit down and just do nothing and sip coffee or coffee in a book which is my favorite thing to do with coffee. Stay tuned we got a lot to cover.

Hey fellow coffee lovers, let's go ahead and get started. First, let's start off with the great coffee hack I mentioned earlier, using eggshells, and this is a credible hack I just recently stumbled upon on Pinterest one of my favorite sources. It simply you after you're done with the egg shells you bought them. Basically you're kind of sanitizing the egg shells and washing the egg taste from the actual egg shells. And when you make your coffee, you simply stir some of the egg shells not all of them, just a couple of them into your coffee and of course you string the eggshells back out. Now simply what this does is it takes the bitterness out of the coffee kind of acts as a sponge, and soaks up the bitterness and leaving a more smoother roast I tried it it works. It is a great EQ. I recommend you trying it now. If you're allergic to ill eggs or anything of that nature. I wouldn't recommend it but it does make a difference. It does make a big big difference. I love it and also for the coffee lovers. As this podcast begins, it'll probably come out the week of Mother's Day. But I do want a special shout out to moms out there. We'd know where would the world be without moms. I think one of the greatest creations in the world is moms of all over. There's nothing more important than the love of a mom. And also the mom's love of coffee. Stay tuned I'm gonna give you the link to check out for a great coffee gift for your mother. This coffee gift is my link. It helps support the podcast. It helps me put out more quality resources research all for you. So I really appreciate you clicking on their link. Sending your mom for coffee, sending your mom some love and again where would we be without moms.

  • Podcast 30 World Of Coffee as we know it
    Sep 2 2023
Hey, fellow coffee lovers, welcome back. Podcast episode number 30. The world of coffee. It's interesting because, as in the past talked about coffee history, coffee is not necessarily present, the future, or the world of coffee itself. The product alone literally has changed our world ever since. And from generations on, it's improved. Each generation would not necessarily improve but have sampled the world of coffee. With each podcast, thank you for listening. I want to welcome you back. And also we're about coffee and relaxing. Before we go further on today's topic, we have to get into our relaxation mode. Take one deep breath. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And the last and final relaxation is breathing, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. And, of course, we got our breathing out away. Now, we have to set the mood. I got a little musical melody I'm going to play for you. And I also have our favorites. You know, we got to have a coffee-scented candle. I mean, you can't go without that. We are relaxing. You either listen or relax. If you're driving, don't relax too much. I want you to stay focused on the road. But still, a chill mode is about to be set. I got the music about the started got this candle Cindy going here. This kind of flavor. It's a Carmel mocha latte candle. Remember the previous episode we talked about lattes? What I want to get is a latte candle fit. Try to set this well. It does have a sweet smell to it. Suppose you can smell the sweetness. Trust me, and it's there. Okay, brothers and sisters of the brew, we got that candle set going. Let's go ahead and get into our three deep breaths into that relaxed or Chill Zone. Let's start with the inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. One more time. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. Some powerful breathing is going on. I can hear it right all over the mic as we speak. We are in our relaxed zone check. We got a three-deep breath to check. Get the candle thing going at the review. Oh, and here's the music as we speak. Here's a nice soft piece. Let me know what you think about this number here. And we also got a good cup of hot coffee going. Of course, I got my Jamaica Blue Mountain, one of my favorites. I only have two favorites, Jamaica Blue Mountain and the Hawaiian canola—great coffees. Let's get started. Now, with that being said, we were talking. I want to go over the world of coffee as we know it. I mean, it's so vast and extensive, and how it has affected our world. Like nature said, " Hey, I know you live in a stressful world. Here's my way to help you relax just a little bit. And by giving us coffee, coming from his humble beginnings, being found by a goat herder to the present day where it's only second to water well worldwide, and it's interesting enough it is composed of water, the second most traded commodity worldwide. Coffee has come a long way. And let's go over a few more ways coffee has generally affected our lives.     All right, brothers and sisters, out of the blue. Let's go ahead and get right into it. Let's talk about the world of coffee. I have some coffee facts I want to review with you. In my previous episodes, I always liked to throw in coffee facts. When I go into a deep dive into the world of coffee, one crazy point you may not have known about light-roasted coffee is that it has more caffeine than dark-roasted coffee. We've always believed that the darker brew had a more caffeine effect. The darker brew your coffee is roasted, the less caffeine it has. This is because as the coffee is roasted longer, the caffeine is also slowly being roasted. So the longer you roast your coffee, the less tap, the less caffeine you have. The hovered darker coffee tends to pack a bigger punch in terms of the strength of traditional coffee flavor. So, if the dark roast flavor wakes you up, dark coffee is the way to go. Hey, what do you choose? I prefer the dark person. Another quick coffee fact is in us. Only two areas go to two states that grow coffee, California and Hawaii, Hawaii being the canola brand of coffee, one of my favorites. But it's also costly—almost $1,200 per ounce. And also now Puerto Rico growth coffee, but it's more of a tour of US territory.     In our short but impactful journey, we'll cover three key aspects of coffee: its origins, the brewing process, and the art of tasting. So sit back, relax, and let your coffee curiosity run wild. First, let's travel back in time and explore the origins of coffee. Legend has it that in the 9th century, an Ethiopian goat herder discovered the stimulating effects of coffee berries after noticing how energized his goats became when they consumed them. Fast forward to the 15th century, and coffee started spreading from the Arabian Peninsula to the rest of the world, fueling conversations, trade, ...

Where's your sipping a cup of coffee relaxing? I know your feet propped up. I got the music coming on pretty soon. And this episode's coffee-scented candle is a mocha latte candle. There is a lovely smell to it. I recommend it. It's a good smell. I got this one from Aldi, so I highly recommend trying it. It's not a thank Smithley, so can I put it in a bold typeset, sound, and strong too? And let's get into the topics. We got a great fall coffee flavor. And if you remember my last episode, I got a lot of feedback on a coffee brand I mentioned. I'm going to repeat it. I will add some more benefits that may go in hand with it. Something was trending in coffee. I got an exciting story about coffee—kind of interesting and a little on the bizarre side. And as always, I will include a bonus at the end of each episode. So stay tuned to the very end. I Got a special treat for you. Now let me get the music going. Let me check all the areas candle check. Feet propped up a review. All Devices have the one you are listening to me off. Check. How would you rate your passion for coffee? I got an email the other day that that guy was looted coffee thing is just brown or black water. What's the big deal with coffee? Well, there are several big deals that I can go over with them. But I want to hear what is your passion for coffee. How do you feel about coffee? On a scale of one to 1010 being the greatest? How would you write your love? How would you rate your passion for coffee? Another thing also we're going to go over is when to go over great fall flavor. It falls in the United States, where we started getting our cold weather, and what better way to relax in the cold than with a heater and a nice cup of hot coffee, or Mocha or latte, whichever your flavor is? Got to fall flavor going to go over something interesting. And to my kind of teeters on the side of bizarre dealing with coffee. I got another excellent coffee gadget for you. Of course, we got the music started. We got to get into that relaxation. We've already done our breath. We got our candle going. We're going to sit in that mood, and we are going to chill. Are you laid out? Are you taking you're done your three deep breaths? Don't chill too much if you're driving because I want you to be aware of your surroundings and the road. You can reach me at www not without coffee.com. Please give me your comments. Your opinions matter. So on a scale of one to 1010 being the greatest, I know that I give coffee. We're going to go over that for flavor now.  Hey, fellow coffee lovers. Let's go on now to the fall coffee flavor. Fall is a great season leaf and cold, calm, or cool weather. Where I'm in Texas, it's cold weather in the fall. With Thanksgiving coming up next week, what would be an excellent coffee for Thanksgiving or anytime during the fall? This recipe comes from Pinterest love that place for good coffee recipes and ideas. And this one is called caramelized apple cider latte. I mean, that name alone screams sounding good. This would be the perfect drink to go along with Thanksgiving dinner. Apple pie dessert, or a pumpkin or sweet potato pie. Dessert. With any dessert, this would be perfect with it. Let's start with how the ingredients call for eight ounces of apple cider vinegar, apple cider, six ounces of milk, two ounces of robust hot coffee or espresso, and caramel sauce. • Podcast 26 How serious are you about your coffee?
    Sep 26 2022

How serious are you with your coffee?
Hey, fellow coffee lover, Welcome back. How are you doing? How did your work week go? I hope all went well. For the newcomers, of course, welcome to not without coffee. This is a podcast on all the things with coffee, coffee, Hacks,  snacks, and coffee topics, and we also are about relaxing. Now in this particular episode, I got a great one. This is podcast 26. We are going to go over it. Do you know how serious coffee is to you in particular? For me, I give it about a nine out of 10. I must have my coffee, one or two cups a day, and I'm good, but I don't overdo it. Also, I'm serious about my relaxing and distressing, and I got to go over a coffee, a fall coffee flavor that I thought it is savory hadn't seen it, but I want to get your opinion on that flavor. I'm going to mention it to you. And I kind of said it in the previous episode, but I will go over it again in detail, and I want you to email me your opinion on this particular coffee flavor. And we're going to go over what's trending and coffee. Of course, we're going to set our music going. We're going to get the coffee candle scent going. I will mention that and start the music up later in this podcast. So relax, get our chill on. And let's go ahead and get started, shall we? Of course, you know, we got to do three deep breaths. Before we get started, we got to get in our relaxing mode. Do you know that? I got the camera going.
We're going to start the music up. Let's begin our breathing. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Inhale one more time through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And the last third and final but much needed. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Now we are about coffee and of course relaxing. Now with me, I like to drink my coffee and read a book. Now with you in particular, what do you want to do while drinking coffee? Of course, I know that number one is listening to me. I know that's a given, but I want to know what's number two with you.
Brothers and Sisters of the brewed coffee that is. I have a great fall flavor for you. Now I have recently tried it, and I do like it. I didn't think the flavors would work, but they worked perfectly. The taste is excellent. I recommend it is called Apple Criss coffee. Now I'm going to leave a link on the website so you can check it out if you want to buy it. But I recommend it. With it being fall season in the US? A little cold breeze starting to come in the leaves are beginning to fall. What a great way to enjoy coffee wrapped in a blanket, read a great book, or listen to me. Of course, you know that's always a plus. And a fall-flavored coffee, it's not also the one good thing about it not being flooded with a lot of sugar. It's up to you how you want to be sweet with me. I add a little cream, and that's it. But this particular coffee flavor is apple crisp coffee. I give it an eight out of 10. It's just that good. I recommend it. I got a great coffee flavor that I want to go over with you. And don't be like my wife and give me that yoke face. I want to get your opinion on this.
Do you know how to get the pumpkin spice or cream spice latte? Why don't they have the sweet potato yam latte or the sweet potato cream? Latte? Think about that for a minute. I mean, I'm from the south with yams and sweet potatoes. But same thing. They run things down here. I mean, if we can have pumpkin spice. Why can't we have a sweet potato spice latte? I mean, what are some good? I mean, it sounds edible. It's not as it doesn't have as a posh taste as pumpkin spice does. It's more of a milder flavor it, and it's moved to, I mean, think about it. Now you heard it first for me. The pumpkin, the I'm sorry, the sweet potato spice latte, not the pumpkin. And I think that will do good. I mean, imagine a sweet potato pie latte.
I mean, think about that for a second. Could you give me your opinion on it? Please email me at night without coffee.com My email addresses there on a scale of one to 10. How would you consider it ten the greatest How would you rate that? And, of course, also I have a great fall flavor. The crisp apple ice. I love that when I tried it, it had a little cream and tasted good. Yes, the apple and the coffee. The sweetness with the low acidity works together. Something to think about: I got a bonus, so they stay tuned to the end.

I believe it is a unique flavor. Now, I'm not a pumpkin fan. I'm not too fond of pumpkin pie. Just not my thing. They have to come up with a sweet potato latte. Or a sweet potato mocha.
Maybe a sweet potato cream mocha or tell me what you think about that there's something think on. And this just in with coffee. Related news. I do have a coffee joke for you. Did you hear about the guy who got his coffee stolen? Yeah, yeah, he got mugged. I also have a new coffee gadget I want to mention. • Podcast 24 What is the history of coffee ?
    Aug 27 2022

Podcast 24 What is coffee history?
Hey, brothers and sisters of the coffee brew, welcome back. I have another podcast for you. I hope all went well. How did your work week go? Glenn here with a new episode on coffee history. Coffee has a fantastic past. From its discovery to its present-day, there's so much information. Hey, fellow coffee lover with the past of coffee. I've covered this before in a past episode, but the past alone, not including the present or the future, but the past of coffee. The history of coffee is so vast and enormous. I could probably do a whole podcast on just the history of coffee for maybe 10 to 20 years and still not scratch the surface. Coffee is just that prominent or essential. It has a history that large. I mean, to cover it would be 30 lifetimes to take and not even come to the present or its future. You know, with the end, each generation brings new coffee lovers and their new coffee ideas coming up every day as we speak. A couple of episodes ago, I mentioned coffee-flavored mocha latte Oreo cookies and that several others have come out since then. Since that last episode, several items have come out related to coffee. And that's just how fast the coffee covers. But I'm going to go over just a segment of a past section and coffees past there's really relevant and very important, especially to the current coffee drinkers, because it affects us. And it still happened in the past, but it is still very suitable today. And it affects us today. And it's crucial today. As I said, we are about our coffee. And with this particular segment, I'm going to cover. I hope you find it interesting. I'm going to do my best to make it enjoyable. And it seems to me very interesting. Hey, fellow coffee lovers, we need to get into a relaxing mode. You know where each episode, we start by taking three deep breaths. Breathe into the nose, and exhale through the mouth. Breathe into the nose and exhale through the mouth—last one. Let'sLet's breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
We also need to set the mood because we are about our coffee. And I am relaxing while enjoying our coffee while listening to my podcast. So do you have your candle set going? I have an espresso Cafe your cafe set going on right now. It's got a great scent to it. It'sIt's kind of mild but I enjoy it. I got it from Aldis, a matter of fact. They have good candles there, by the way. And also, are your feet propped up? Are you listening to great music? I got you covered there if you like, and let's get started with we're going to start with this podcast. We'llWe'll go back in history coffees history. I got a new coffee gadget for you. And I got something strange and unusual with coffee, the bonus. So stay tuned to the end. And relax. I know you had a rough work week, but this is our time to chill out.
Let's talk about coffee's vast history, not all of it, just a few facts about it. Here we're going to follow coffee on its journey, from its humble yet still interesting beginnings in Ethiopia to how it became a beverage of the world, grown in over 70 countries, and drunk in every single country on the planet. It's fascinating how we come to turn a small, bright red coffee cherry into a drink consumed over 2 billion times every day. Coffee dates back to 800 AD. Coffee beans are a seed and can be replanted. In the U.S, only two states grow coffee. They are Hawaii and Puerto Rico. By the turn of the 15th century, coffee was produced in the Yemen region of Arabia, and by the 16th century, it was known in Persia, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey. Coffee was drunk at home and in numerous public coffee shops.
