Bitcoin prices pulled back some (decreased) as oil prices are surging based on concerns of war with Iran. How are prices in our economy influenced? Answer: influenced by inflation. If someone does NOT have a clear understanding of money/interest rates/inflation, then they likely won't understand how VALUABLE Bitcoin will be!

We discuss "the K shaped economy" and talk about what it means for you as an individual investor. Why do rich people appear to get richer and poor people get poorer?

Mark Twain: It's not what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure, that simply is NOT true that gets you into trouble! ....Be careful of what you convince yourself of. Is Bitcoin a scam? Not likely. People have been PREDICTING that Bitcoin will crash to ZERO since 2009! It hasn't happened EVER!

We discuss the Federal Reserve Bank and why being aware of what "The Fed" does that affects you as an investor.

What do wealthy people do? Answer: they buy/hold assets. Some of those assets pay them cash flow. Inflation helps people who HOLD assets, to become wealthier. What's better than simply holding dividend producing assets in a regular brokerage account? Answer: Hold them in an IRA account. What's better than hodling a dividend producing asset in an IRA? Answer: holding it in a ROTH IRA! Then your dividends are 100% TAX FREE, not simply tax DEFERRED.

Why does the value of real estate tend to go UP over time, as the real estate becomes OLDER?? Does the value of your real estate increase? Or does the purchasing power of your money decrease CAUSING prices for EVERYTHING To rise??

I offer additional thoughts/perspective on Telsa and why this is ONE of two stocks that I continue to accumulate for LONG term growth. If you want to become wealthy in the next 8 to 10 years...then I suggest doing your own research on this stock.

At UNDER $400/share, it's a great time to accumulate. Some barriers are actual barriers we encounter. Many times barriers are PERCEIVED barriers that we believe are real but really are not keeping us from success.

I like talking about "situations" and that is PART of my teaching style. This same approach (using situations) is used by professional coaches!

Tesla is MORE than just an electric car company. Let's do simple math...12 shares at $340/share = $4,080 invested into Tesla. What will the 12 shares be worth 8 to 10 years from now? Answer: PROJECTED to be worth $96,000! If you could accumualte 50 shares. 50 X $340/share = $17,000. What is your $17K worth in 6 to 10 years? Answer: PROJECTED to be worth $400,000!

Tesla does NOT pay a dividend. Instead this is a long term buy/hold GROWTH play. What IF you could buy/hold dividend producing assets and then USE the dividends to buy Tesla shares??!! This is an example of the "cascading waterfall" approach to investing.

The price of oil per barrel FELL. The stock market liked the news of "2 week ceasefire in the war in Iran!" Bitcoin jumped up in the same day from $68K to $72K!

I discuss SPECIFIC investments/assets that anyone can do their own research and then choose to buy/hold!

I discuss share price and yield and what targets I look for when considering an asset to buy. What do wealthy people do? Answer: They buy/hold assets that pay them income!

ICOI is high yield/high risk. But we can take dividend payouts and use that money to purchase LESS risky assets like STRC.

Most people who invest in traditional "dividend" assets need to accumualte $400,000 in order to make $2,000/month. But IF you are willing to invest in HIGHER RISK assets, then you need a much smaller pile of money to get the same results! I discuss specific numbers and assets in this episode.

Once you reach $2,000/month of dividend income, you are in an elite group of people who have achieved this goal.

In this episode I also reveal a BONUS asset I have not mentioned previously that I'm considering investing in. And I explain why and what the investing numbers of this asset mean.

Our money is just like our time in that we can only spend either one once! Once we spend time or money, it's gone forever.

Telsa is a long term buy/hold for me. Why? Becasue I believe it has the potential to reach $2,000/share by 2030! Our overall retirment goal should be: get as much money into our Roth IRA. Preferably dividend producing assets which when IN a Roth IRA produce TAX FREE INCOME! Tax free cash flow!

Other long term growth plays for me are: MSTR/Bitcoin

My weekly goals include: building MORE cash flow. Why? Answer: because our entire lives revolve around cash flow. Also the "cascasding waterfall" approach to investing. Use HIGH YIELD/HIGH RISK dividend money and buy LESS RISKY things. When you do this, your cost basis for the LESS risky things is ZERO! FREE! Additionally, weekly stack some slices of Bitcoin. Why? Asnwer: because there is a LIMITED supply of Bitcoin. No Gov't can MAKE (print) more of it. Buy/hold assets is GREAT weekly goal.

Do you think that Michael Saylor, being a Billionairre, and buying Bitcoin all of the time, could be wrong about Bitcoin as an asset? Answer: It's possible. But NOT likely. Even though people have been talking about a "supply shock" will occur with Bitcoin, eventually this "supply shock" will happen. We just have to stack slices of Bitcoin (save some of your money in Bitcoin), and BE PATIENT. Buy/hold and be patient when it comes to a "strategy" for Bitcoin.

I still like less risky assets such as: CLM/STRC/SPYI/QQQI. Pay close attention to the INTEREST rate you earn on your money in ANY inveastment. For me, if it's not at least 14%/year, then I'm often NOT interested in investing in that asset!
