      Welcome back to The Nobody Listens podcast. Like I’ve been mentioning in shorts, we’re doing a dive into mental health, with a special focus on BPD. We’re not doctors and we don’t claim to be, do your own research as we’ve done ours. We do not encourage self diagnosis, these are not badges of honor.

      Mental disorders—also called mental illnesses or psychiatric conditions—are patterns of thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that seriously interfere with how a person lives their life. These aren’t just “bad moods” or “quirks”—we’re talking about conditions that can affect work, relationships, sleep, motivation, and reality itself.

      Mental Health & BPD Awareness Month. Take BPD for instance, there are SO many different symptom combinations, 256 possible combinations. This episode will be mainly focused on BPD, as we feel it is extremely misunderstood and misrepresented.
