      Remember Cat Claude, the other private detective? Well, Boss Mouse sends Night Cat on a curious case: to help Cat Claude find the right assistant! Night Cat sets off in search of the right fit, and finds a few keen candidates ... but this case turns out to be a friendly distraction, as Swoop and Boss Mouse have planned a surprise party for Night Cat's birthday! Our tenth episode brings back a few characters to round up the end of Season One.

    • Slithery Snake!

      Boss Mouse assigns a general patrol around town. Along the way, Night Cat and Swoop play a guessing game, and they find a tiny baby bird on the edge of the trees. While wondering how to reunite it with its parents, someone else shows up: a slithery snake, who they realise is trying to trick them. Night Cat and Swoop escape the snake with the baby bird, but then run into ... another snake! This snake is unexpectedly kind, and helps them write a note for the birds' nest. At home, the Human calls a friend, Wildlife Vet Adam, who cares for the baby bird until returning it home to its nest.
