Earth Spell for Resistance:

Be outside, if possible, barefoot on the ground if that’s accessible to you during a time that’s harmonizing. Find a stone you resonate with. A regular rock from the ground is fine.

Hold your stone in your dominant hand. Breathe in and out three times and send energy to whichever Earth-healing intention inspires you.

Examples: earth fortification, forest regrowth, peace and cooperation between humanity and earth.

Note: Alas, Mystic South has passed, but we plan to go next year.
