  • How to Stop Doing It All and Build a Rhythm That Works
    Sep 24 2026

How in the world are you supposed to do it all?

Be the wife. Be the mom. Lead at work. Manage the house. Take care of your health. Spend time with God. Pursue your purpose. Stay hydrated. And somehow do it all with a smile.

Maybe the answer isn't learning how to do it all.

In this episode, we're closing out the Sustainable Rhythms series by talking about what it really means to build a rhythm that works for the life God has entrusted to you.

A sustainable rhythm isn't a perfect morning routine or a schedule you copied from someone online. It starts with knowing who you are, understanding what God has assigned to you in this season, and having the courage to evaluate what does—and doesn't—belong on your plate.

We'll talk about comparison, identity, changing seasons, evaluating your yeses and nos, and why your rhythm should serve your assignment rather than becoming another standard you're striving to meet.

We'll also walk through Psalm 23 and the pattern I see in Scripture: God fills you, restores you, leads you, and then your cup overflows.

If you're tired of squeezing yourself into whatever space remains on your calendar, this episode will challenge you to build differently.

You were never called to do everything. You were called to faithfully steward what God placed in your hands.

  • How to Say No Without Guilt | Set Healthy Boundaries & Protect Your Peace
    Sep 17 2026

Do you know you need to say no—but still feel guilty when you do?

When your plate is already full, it can be easy to believe disappointing someone is worse than exhausting yourself. But healthy boundaries aren't simply about learning to say no. They're about learning to make decisions from identity, obedience, and alignment instead of fear and approval.

In this episode of Mindset PUSH, Cara explores what Jesus teaches us about identity and boundaries, why some of our yeses are actually attempts to prove something God never asked us to prove, and why both our yes and our no require discernment.

You’ll walk away with practical questions to evaluate your heart posture, recognize what God has assigned to you in this season, and make your next decision with greater peace and confidence.

Because the question isn't simply, “Should I say yes or no?”

It's: “What decision aligns with who God says I am and what He has assigned to me in this season?”

  • How to Simplify a Busy Schedule by Aligning With God’s Priorities
    Sep 10 2026

Do you ever look at your calendar and think, I just need more hours in the day?

When life feels full, our first instinct is often to simplify by doing less. But what if simplifying your schedule isn't really about how much you're doing? What if it's about making sure what you're doing is aligned with what God has placed in your hands?

In this episode of Mindset PUSH, we're talking about how to simplify a busy schedule by aligning your time with God's priorities. Cara shares what she's learning in a particularly full season of motherhood, marriage, career, ministry, writing, coaching, and business—and why a full plate doesn't automatically mean a misaligned one. When what you're carrying is connected to your assignment, God can provide the strength you need to carry it.

Drawing from Isaiah 40, we'll talk about trusting God for renewed strength, recognizing the season you're in, eliminating distractions, evaluating what deserves your yes, and having the confidence to say no when something doesn't align—even when it's a good opportunity. Because something good in the wrong season can still lead to exhaustion and overwhelm.

If you're overwhelmed by your schedule, constantly wishing you had more time, or trying to figure out what God is actually asking of you in this season, this episode is for you.

It's not about finding more time. It's about becoming intentional with the time God has already given you.

Listen now and then take the challenge: read Isaiah 40 and ask God, What have You placed in my hands in this season?

  • Busy Doesn’t Mean Balanced: How to Build a Rhythm of Peace
    Sep 3 2026

Is your schedule organized… but you’re still overwhelmed, exhausted, or burned out?

You may have created a schedule, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve created a healthy rhythm.

In this episode of the Mindset PUSH Podcast, we’re kicking off a new series on creating sustainable rhythms. Rhythms that help you experience peace even when life gets busy.

We’re talking about the difference between simply scheduling all the things and intentionally creating a life that allows you to operate from overflow instead of exhaustion.

    You’ll discover:

    • Why a full calendar doesn’t automatically mean you’ve found a healthy rhythm
    • How your relationship with God helps you operate from overflow
    • Why filling your cup isn’t selfish—it prepares you to pour into others
    • The importance of making room for rest
    • How boundaries help protect your peace
    • Why sustainable rhythms have to be strong enough to withstand changing seasons

Jesus tells us in John 7:38 that rivers of living water will flow from those who believe in Him. We weren’t created to constantly operate depleted, trying to give everyone else what they need while leaving ourselves with whatever is left.

Sis, you were created to operate from overflow.

This month, we’re going to learn how to simplify our schedules, establish healthy boundaries, prioritize rest, and create rhythms that remain even when life keeps life-ing. Because the goal isn't simply to manage the chaos better. The goal is to create a rhythm that allows you to excel with peace.

Listen now and ask yourself: Can my current rhythm sustain me when life starts life-ing?

    Scriptures: John 7:38 | Romans 15:13

  • Stop Striving, Start Operating From Who You Are
    Aug 20 2026

What happens when the title changes, the kids grow up, the promotion doesn’t come, or the role you’ve built your identity around suddenly shifts?

If your identity is rooted in what you do, what you’ve accomplished, or what others think about you, those changes can leave you questioning who you are. But God never intended for your job, your roles, your responsibilities, or even your past experiences to define you. Your identity is in Christ—and you were created to operate FROM that identity, not strive to earn one.

In this episode of the Mindset PUSH Podcast, we’re talking about what it looks like to stop performing for approval and start showing up from the authority, confidence, peace, and purpose you already have in Christ.

I’m also sharing part of my own journey of wrestling with my identity beyond being a pharmacist as God began calling me to write books, create Mindset PUSH, coach women, and step into an assignment that didn’t necessarily match the credentials behind my name. I knew God was telling me to move, but worrying about what other people would think kept me procrastinating on what He had already called me to do.

    Sound familiar?

In this episode, we’ll talk about:

    • Why attaching your identity to your career, accomplishments, motherhood, or other people’s opinions can lead to striving and burnout
    • How knowing your God-given identity changes the way you show up at work, at home, and in your purpose
    • Why you don’t have to perform for an approval God has already given you
    • How to replace limiting beliefs and mental noise with God’s truth
    • Why spending time in God’s Word is essential to understanding who you are
    • How to create space for God to speak and direct your steps
    • What it means to stop simply consuming information and actually walk boldly in who God created you to be You were never meant to strive your way into worthiness.

You were created in Christ for good works that God prepared for you beforehand. Your circumstances may change. Your title may change. Your responsibilities may change. Who you are in Christ does not.

So this week, I challenge you: stop operating to become and start operating from who God says you already are. Get into His Word. Make room for Him. Take your thoughts captive. And then be a doer—walk it out.

Ready to go deeper? If you’re an ambitious woman who is tired of striving, overwhelmed by everything on your plate, or struggling to separate who you are from what you do, Mindset PUSH was created for you.

Through Mindset PUSH, I help ambitious women break free from the hustle of striving for the world’s approval and step boldly into their God-given identity so they can excel without burnout—with unshakable peace, purpose, and confidence. • Stop Striving & Start Obeying: Trust God With Your Next Step
    Aug 13 2026

What do you do when you know God is calling you to move—but you don't know exactly how everything is going to work out?

In this episode of Mindset PUSH, I'm sharing what God has been teaching me through a season of rest, overwhelm, motherhood, unexpected challenges, and ultimately, obedience. After welcoming a new baby, navigating our home flooding, returning to work, coaching, building a business, and trying to show up in all the roles I carry, I realized something: I was teaching women how to break free from overwhelm while finding myself right in the middle of it. I had to take my own advice.

God called me to pause—and I had to trust Him enough to rest without worrying that everything He had placed inside of me would disappear. But eventually, the season changed. The same God who told me to rest began telling me it was time to move again. And that's where the next challenge began: Could I obey without having the entire plan?

Maybe you're there too. You're waiting for more clarity. You're trying to figure out steps A, B, and C. You're wondering how you'll fit one more thing into an already-full life. You're questioning whether you're equipped or capable enough to do what God has placed on your heart. But God isn't asking you to see the entire path. He's asking you to trust Him with the next step. In this episode, we're talking about:

✨ Moving from your God-given identity instead of striving for approval

✨ Recognizing when God is calling you to rest—and when He's calling you to move

✨ Trusting God when you don't have the whole plan

✨ Breaking free from overthinking, overwhelm, and the need for validation

✨ Finding strength and peace through obedience

✨ Walking confidently in the assignment God has given you You don't have to earn your identity.

You don't have to prove you're capable. And you don't have to have every detail figured out before you move. Trust God. Take the step. And allow Him to reveal the next one.

If this episode encouraged you, share it with another woman who needs the reminder that she is already equipped for what God has called her to do.

Subscribe to Mindset PUSH for new faith-focused conversations every Thursday as we learn to understand who we are in Christ, make decisions from that identity, and boldly live on assignment. Now, let's go be great, y'all!
