Hi, I’m Anastasia — founder of Anaya Yoga, mother of two (ages 3 and 7), and a woman who realized it was time to take responsibility for her own happiness and health. Not by waiting for a partner, parents, or society to make things easier, but by shifting my mindset, softening expectations, and choosing practices that truly nourish me.
This podcast is for mothers who give until there’s nothing left, hold themselves to impossible standards, and feel the pressure to keep it all together with a smile. If you’ve ever tried to “earn” your rest, silence your needs, or carry everyone else’s, you’re not alone. I’ve lived this too — and I’m done with the burnout.
As a yoga and mindfulness teacher, I share tools, stories, and practices that turn self-care into strategy. Together, we’ll break old patterns and create more balance, compassion, and joy — not just for ourselves, but for the families and lives we love.
