Among other outcomes, the Roim Rachok Program supports autistic people to be ready for the Israeli Defence Force (IDF).

The program recognised that autistic people have specific skills that enables them to be highly effective in their roles.

In addition to preparing candidates for military service, they also support them after service.

Most significant, the participants become part of a family with deep purposeful connection that would never have been possible before.
