  • Ep 34 - Rushed, Misunderstood & Still Rooted
    Feb 13 2026

    Send a text

This week on Messy But Motivated, I’m talking about how hectic life feels right now. The constant rushing. The pressure. The feeling of always being behind.

But I’m also sharing something God has been showing me in the middle of it all… you don’t have to defend yourself to everyone.

Not every misunderstanding needs a response.

Not every accusation deserves your energy.

The Bible says in Matthew 7:16, “You will know them by their fruit.” That means your consistency, your character, your obedience — that’s what speaks.

When your life is rooted in Christ, your fruit will show it. You don’t have to argue it.

In this episode, I open up about feeling rushed, learning to slow down internally even when life isn’t slowing down, and trusting God to defend what He planted in me.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin or misunderstood, this one’s for you.

    Messy. Honest. Motivated.

  • Ep 33 - Getting Honest About Parenting
    Feb 6 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode of Messy but Motivated, I’m getting honest about parenting—because no two families do it the same, and that’s okay. I share a big decision Mike and I made for our family and the mix of emotions that came with it. Then real life hit… hard. A sick kid, sleepless nights, and a moment where my prayer life was tested in ways I didn’t expect.

This episode is for the parents trying their best, the ones questioning their choices, and anyone learning how to lean on God when things feel overwhelming. It’s messy, it’s real, and it’s a reminder that even in the chaos, we’re never walking alone.

  • Ep 32 - When God Feels Silent but His Promise Still Stands
    Jan 30 2026

    Send us a text

This week on Messy but Motivated, I'm talking about what it looks like to hold onto God's promises when He doesn't feel close. Sometimes our emotions tell us one thing - but truth tells us another. God isn't a feeling, He's faithful. Scripture reminds us that we are called to walk by faith, not by sight, and that becomes especially real in overwhelming seasons.

I'm also sharing about my second week of seminary and how stretching, challenging, and full it's been - and how God is meeting me right in the middle of the pressure. If you're in a season where you're tired, growing, and learning to trust beyond what you feel, this episode is for you.

This week on Messy but Motivated 🎙️
The Awkward Middle of Becoming Who You’re Praying For

Growth is uncomfortable. You don’t feel like your old self, but you’re not fully in the new yet. It can feel confusing, lonely, and awkward.

I’m reminding myself (and maybe you need this too): God isn’t silent—He’s preparing me for something bigger.

If you’re in the in-between, this episode is for you 🤍

  • Ep 30 - There’s No Secret to Success
    Jan 9 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode of Messy but Motivated, we’re busting the myth that success is some hidden formula only a few people have access to. Spoiler alert: it’s not a secret.

People who are already successful are literally spilling the tea every day. The common thread? Consistency. Showing up. Not quitting. Doing the work even when you’re in your own head trying to talk yourself out of it.

I talk about how some of the best advice I’ve ever received came from people without formal degrees in the field—people like GaryVee and Mel Robbins—because experience, obedience, and action matter more than titles.

And let’s talk about ministry for a second: you don’t need a degree to share the gospel. You don’t need permission to walk in your calling. We have access to knowledge, wisdom, and truth at our fingertips—it’s time to stop overthinking and start moving.

If you’ve been stuck, doubting yourself, or waiting for “one more qualification,” this episode is your sign: get out of your own head and just start.

  • Ep 29 - The Year That Changed Me
    Jan 2 2026

    Send us a text

In this episode of Messy but Motivated, I revisit 2025 and all the changes that came with it. What began as a dark, uncertain season slowly unfolded into something brighter than I ever imagined. I reflect on the lessons I learned in the middle of the mess, the growth that came from discomfort, and how faith carried me when clarity was nowhere in sight. This episode is for anyone who’s walked through a hard year and needs the reminder that darkness doesn’t get the final word and that sometimes the most beautiful chapters are written after the hardest ones.

  • Ep 28 - Silence is Wisdom
    Dec 26 2025

    Send us a text

In this week’s episode of Messy But Motivated, I am talking about the kind of strength that doesn’t speak back. The kind of wisdom that chooses silence over explanation.

Not everything deserves a response. Not every misunderstanding needs to be corrected. Sometimes what feels like weakness is actually obedience.

We dive into what it looks like to trust God enough to stop defending yourself, stop proving your heart, and stop fighting battles He never asked you to carry. This episode is for the moments when you want to explain, justify, or set the record straight but God is asking you to be still and let Him fight for you.

If you’ve been struggling with letting go, holding your tongue, or trusting God with your reputation, this one’s for you. Silence isn’t giving up it’s wisdom.

✨ “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” — Exodus 14:14
