Have you ever felt an unexplainable fear, a recurring relationship pattern, or a deep knowing that you’ve walked this earth before?

In this special episode of Messages from Your Inner Circle, I’m joined by second-generation regression therapist Mark V. Johnson. Mark trained directly with true pioneers of the field—including Dr. Michael Newton, Dolores Cannon, and Dr. Brian Weiss.

Back in 2017, I sat down with Mark for a series of past life and Life Between Lives (LBL) regressions that profoundly shifted my intuitive work and spiritual journey.

Today, Mark breaks down the true mechanics of regression therapy: how your soul navigates the spirit realm, what happens when you meet your Council of Elders, how to tell your own mind chatter from genuine spirit communication, and why approaching this work with clear intention creates deep, lasting soul healing.
