Our Next Gen Ministries are most effective when they can journey with someone from a kid-sized faith to a young adult faith - that is, from Children’s Ministry all they way to Young Adult Ministry. Yet, most declines within Next Gen Ministry happen when kids or teens transition from one grade-level ministry to another. If the handoff isn’t done well, students end up disconnecting and not getting what they need at that stage of life.
