In this episode, we're heading into the kitchen together over Zoom to create a simple, nourishing, and delicious Veggie Bowl packed with ingredients that support energy, satiety, and overall wellness in midlife.

    Veggie Bowl Ingredients:
    • 1 cup brown rice or quinoa
    • 1 small roasted sweet potato, sliced
    • 5–10 roasted Brussels sprouts
    • 1 cup chickpeas
    • 2 handfuls arugula, baby kale, and spinach mix
    • ½ avocado
    • 1–2 scoops herb tahini
    • 1–2 scoops hummus
