“Meets Expectations” a phrase that instantly triggers existential corporate dread. JUST “MEETS EXPECTATIONS.” Are they serious? We commit so much of our living hours to work and we expect to be rewarded in return. But when reality falls short of our expectations, we feel disappointment. Guess what comes next? Frustration. And have you met frustration’s best friend burnout? Phew. So what to do when frustration or burnout is at an all time high?
