Hello Lovelies! In this podcast I wanted to express my experience in trying to understand who I truly am. For a lot of my life I was acting on autopilot out of fear for causing disruption or fear of causing others' discomfort. Until recently, I never gave my own opinions and wants/needs the kind of consideration that they deserve. Now that I have begun healing, it is one of, if not the most, important topics of focus for me. Please listen with an open mind and heart, and let me know what, if anything, you glean from this.
