  • Ep23 - Your Triggers Are A Signal - Learn How To Read Them
    May 2 2026

    Triggers have a bad reputation.
They’re often seen as emotional overreactions, weaknesses, or something to avoid.

What nobody talks about is that triggers actually hold the key to most of our challenges.

They are the most accurate feedback system you have.

In this episode of Meet Your Highest Self, Yaseera Kapadia breaks down the real meaning of this misunderstood term, and why what bothers you is not random - it’s information.

This episode explores that when triggers are used as signals pointing directly to patterns, beliefs, and blind spots that need attention, we are finally able to stop blaming, suppressing, and avoiding discomfort. And we all know what happens when we take discomfort head on. We create magic. We attract miracles. We manifest.

    Because the truth is simple:
Your triggers are not excuses. They are instructions.

🔹 What You’ll Learn in This Episode

*Why emotional triggers are often misunderstood*What your reactions actually reveal about you

*The difference between the trigger and the real cause*Why criticism feels personal (and what it’s really activating)*The deeper meaning behind feeling excluded or left out*How setbacks and delays expose hidden gaps in alignment*Why avoiding discomfort keeps you stuck in the same cycles*How to start using triggers as a tool for self-awareness and growth

If something in this episode resonated, there’s likely more to explore.

You don’t have just one trigger—you have patterns.

And those patterns can be understood.

  • When You Have a Neurodivergent in Your Life: How to Support Them Without Losing Connection
    Nov 2 2025

When there’s a neurodivergent person in your life — a child, a partner, a friend, or a co-worker — love alone isn’t enough. Understanding how their mind works is what keeps love alive.

In this closing episode of our Neurodivergent Series, we explore the everyday things that can either empower or unintentionally hurt those who see and feel the world differently. Simple shifts — in words, expectations, and patience — can transform connection into safety, and misunderstanding into brilliance.

Because supporting a neurodivergent person isn’t about fixing them. It’s about creating a space where their light can finally breathe.

  • The Future Is Neurodivergent: Real Stories of Workplaces That See Brilliance, Not Burden (PartIV)
    Oct 26 2025

Some of the biggest companies in the world — like SAP, Microsoft, and JPMorgan Chase — have been supporting neurodivergent talent for years. Since as early as 2013, they’ve been building programs that don’t just accommodate, but celebrate the brilliance of autistic and ADHD minds.

And yet, outside those walls — in families, in classrooms, in friend circles, even in workplaces — we’re still misunderstanding that brilliance. Too many people still see neurodivergence as a flaw, a burden, or a challenge to fix. Some still fear having a child with ADHD or autism, or think twice about hiring or dating someone who’s wired differently.

This episode is a reminder — and a wake-up call — that neurodivergence isn’t something to fear. It’s something to understand, nurture, and make space for. Because when the environment is right, the neurodivergent mind doesn’t just survive — it soars.
