दिन में सपने देखना, थी उसकी अनोखी आदत;  यही खयाली पुलाव पैदा कर देते नई गुदगुदाती हरकत |
माँ हर बार कहती तू कुछ काम कर, कुछ धाम कर, मगर उसकी सीधी बेफिक्री बातें कहाँ टिकने देती किसी नौकरी पर?
पर शहजादे ने माना था उन्हे गुरु, दिया था सम्मान जरूर!   
आज भी उसके किस्से सुनकर सभी आनंद लेते भरपूर, हैरान भी होते लोग, कभी तो उड़ाते उसकी खिल्ली,
धीरे धीरे लोग उसे कहने लगे "शेखचिल्ली" !
