Welcome to Master Your Mindset: The 7 Dimensions of Mindset, the mental reboot for those ready for some calibration to their vibration.

I’m your Host King Yes-In-Deed, your guide for this vibrational journey, here to help you conquer mental blocks, fine tune your inner frequency, and navigate to your highest self. If you're ready to make your mind bright so you can Vibe Right, you’re in the right place.

The 7 Dimensions of Mindset are critical because they give us a complete map of how our inner world shapes our outer world. Each dimension — Lens, Habit, Story, Energy, System, Possibility, and Identity — is like a thread in the fabric of who we are. When one thread is weak or frayed, the whole fabric feels worn and uncomfortable. But when each thread is strengthened, woven together with intention, the result is power, resolution, and purpose.

The beauty of this framework is that it meets people where they are. Some may need to reframe their lens, others may need to shift their habits, while others are ready to venture off into new possibilities. No matter the starting point, the 7 Dimensions of Mindset offer a way forward.

And the impact doesn’t stop with one person. When someone master's even one dimension, their energy shifts. They show up differently at work, at home, in relationships, in business, and in their communities. That shift ripples outward, inspiring change in everyone within your sphere of influence. One person who changes their mindset can alter the course of a family, a community, or an entire culture.

This is why the 7 Dimensions are so important: they remind us that transformation isn’t just about self-improvement. It’s about creating a world where people think clearer, act with more intention, live with more compassion, and believe in more possibilities. And it all starts one person, You. Let the journey Begin..........YES IN DEED!

  • Where You Start Does Not Determine Where You Finish
    Mar 5 2026

Some of us absolutely start off in much better situations than others in life. And of course some start off in much worse situations as well.

Some start out with the proverbial deck stacked against us. Some start off with what seems like the perfect situation to maximize our success in life.

Some begin with stability, some without Some begin with different resources, in different systems, with different advantages. Some begin surrounded by encouragement, other by hindrance Some begin with different allowances, while others start with many limitations.

There is absolutely nothing you can do about these circumstances that you were handed. They are what they are.

However if you are not careful, your starting point can eventually become your permanent place of residence.

Your perspective gets locked into thoughts like

    1. This is just how it has always been so what’s the point in fighting?”
    2. This is how I was raised, and this is all I know”
    3. People like me don’t do things like…………..”
    4. I’ve always struggled so I must be destined to struggle.”
    5. I’m just trying to survive and that’s hard enough.”

This is what determines a survival mentality and in that headspace everything seems like the fight of your life. It’s exhausting, it’s stressful, and it produces nothing that is beneficial for you.

Sometimes we need to understand that where we started out in life helped to provide a certain awareness. It was not intended to be our life’s destiny.

Realistically yes, where we start in life has a big impact on our lives. There is no disputing that. What is also true is that that environment may influence your trajectory and that speed at which you move it does not eliminate your capacity. In fact many times, that harder the starting the larger the capacity you have to deal with the hurdles and struggles in life. It creates a level of resilience that those who may have had an easier starting point do not have the ability to dela with.

Today we’re going to unpack why your starting point is not your final resting place, and how perspective, responsibility, identity, and action determine how and where you ultimately find achievement..

  • Master Your Vibe Episode 17 - Outgrowing the Old You and Growing into the new You
    Feb 19 2026

Outgrowing things is one of the most normal experiences in life as it relates to certain things

But there are some things that every person can struggle with when it comes to outgrowing.

When we talk about outgrowing something we tend to think first about outgrowing clothes. Now at my age I am not growing upward. If I outgrow anything it's gonna be sideways growth. But even that can be good. If you are a body builder, or you are into sport and need to gain a little size, great. Most commonly thought it is when you are still at an age, or at least you can remember back to the age when you are still growing upward. We typically measure it over summers because that’s when it was most noticed.

Now as it pertains to the clothes, the clothes may not have been torn or worn out, they may still have been in style, it might even be something that you considered to be your favorite thing to wear. The two tone jeans, the stone wash jump suit, the air brushed shirts, the sequence outfits, or all of the shoes you had to match all outfits. There may have been absolutely nothing wrong with any of these items but the fact of the matter is, they no longer fit you any more.

Now you don’t have to get rid of them, you can still try to wear them. But what is the result of that? Have you tried to walk around in shoes that are even a half of size too small? As old as some of us are now, just thinking about it makes your feet and toes ache. Have you ever tried to sit down or walk around in some jeans that were a few inches too small for your waist? Brothers, I know we ain’t doing that. Voice up an octave or two. Ladies, y’all gotta jump up and down to pull them things up and then be in trouble when you have to use the bathroom. We can’t breathe properly in these things. And shirts, we might not even get them over our head or past our shoulders. And ladies, I know ain’t trying to mess up yall hair for that shirt. The struggle trying to fit into clothes that are too small, that are no longer our size, that cause us all of these issues, is real!

So when it comes to other aspects of our lives why do we not consider the struggles.

If you are still trying to squeeze into certain places and certain peoples lives that no longer fit you, what pain are you dealing with? How freely are you able to move and be yourself? How badly are you being suffocated?

  • Pain vs Purpose: Why they just might need each other
    Feb 12 2026

Pain & Purpose: Why they just might need each other!

“Pain can be one of the most misunderstood experiences of being human.

    Physical, Emotional, Mental, or Spiritual

We spend so much of our lives trying to avoid the pain.

Trying to numb it or escape the pain

or worse, pretend it doesn’t even exist

But what if we thought pain as an ingredient instead of a main course dish.

Ingredients when standing alone can taste terrible and in some cases are not even edible. But when mixed, and blended and heated to a certain temperature can be a master class.

Ingredients are the direction of each recipe.

So what if pain was an ingredient, a pathway or better yet a doorway to purpose.

Today’s episode is called Pain vs. Purpose — and how they just might need each other.

Because some of the most meaningful lives are not the ones that are easy……

They bump in the road, they have life changing challenges, they have questionable circumstances and they most certainly have moments of facing your mortality.

Some of the deepest and most important callings are not discovered through an easy life.

they are uncovered in struggle, near death experiences, personal disaster and utter despair.

So today, we’re going to explore a difficult but hopefully transformative topic.

In most cases pain hasn’t come to take you away, it’s come to take you higher. It’s come to take you to an elevation where not everyone is meant to go.
