The former Stags captain joins us to discuss his five season Stags rollercoaster, where he went from mid table obscurity, to the brink of promotion, before crashing back down again.

Serving five very different managers, the centre back cemented his place at the club and watched it evolve, in this eye opening interview he reveals more about a fragile Mansfield Town being turned into promotion favourites, how Steve Evans and his mate Dodgy created a championship environment, when it really went wrong under Flitcroft, why John Dempster didn't gain the players' respect, and how Graham Coughlan's ghosting behaviour led to a baffling exit.
