        🍲 Albondigas Soup Recipe

        For the Meatballs:

        • 1 lb lean ground beef

        • 1 large egg

        • ½ cup white onion, finely diced

        • ¼ cup long grain white rice (uncooked)

        • 3 garlic cloves, minced

        • 2 tsp salt (plus more to taste)

        • 1 tsp ground cumin

        • 1 tsp garlic powder

        • ½ tsp ground black pepper

        • ½ tsp dried oregano

        For the Soup:

        • 48 oz low-sodium chicken broth

        • 15 oz can crushed tomatoes (undrained)

        • 3 large carrots, peeled & chopped

        • 3–4 russet potatoes, peeled & chopped

        • 2 zucchini, chopped into 1-inch pieces

        • Optional: chopped cilantro & lime wedges

        Instructions:

        1. Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently until combined.

        2. Roll into 2-inch meatballs and set aside.

        3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and tomatoes to a boil.

        4. Add meatballs and cook for 10 minutes. Add carrots, potatoes, and zucchini.

        5. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until veggies are tender.

        6. Garnish with cilantro and lime before serving. Enjoy!

        🍲 Zuppa Toscana Recipe

        Ingredients:

        • 1 lb ground Italian sausage (spicy recommended)

        • 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 2 tbsp for extra flavor)

        • 1 medium onion, chopped

        • 4 medium russet potatoes, diced

        • Pinch of salt and black pepper

        • 4 cups chicken broth

        • Water as needed

        • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into bite-size pieces

        • ¾ cup heavy cream

        • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (for topping, optional)

        Instructions:

        1. In a large pot, brown the sausage.

        2. Add garlic and onion; cook until onions are translucent.

        3. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.

        4. Stir in heavy cream and kale, then simmer for 15–20 minutes.

        5. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy that rich, hearty flavor!

        🍪 Chewy Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:

        Ingredients:

        • ¾ cup unsalted butter, browned and cooled

        • 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed

        • ⅓ cup white sugar

        • 1 egg + 1 yolk, room temperature

        • 2 tsp vanilla extract

        • ½ tsp salt

        • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour

        • ¼ cup espresso powder

        • ½ tsp baking soda

        • 4 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped

        Instructions:

        1. Brown butter over medium heat until golden and nutty; cool.

        2. Combine cooled butter, sugars, egg, yolk, and vanilla. Mix well.

        3. Whisk flour, espresso powder, salt, and baking soda separately, then fold into wet mixture.

        4. Add chocolate chunks; don’t overmix.

        5. Chill dough 30+ minutes (overnight for best flavor).

        6. Bake at 350°F for 11 minutes — golden on the edges, gooey in the center.

        Ingredients:

        • 2 shots espresso

        • 1–2 shots vodka

        • 1 shot Kahlúa

        • 1 shot Baileys

        • 7–8 ice cubes

        Instructions:

        1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.

        2. Shake 7–8 times and pour into a martini glass.

        3. Sip and enjoy that perfect coffeehouse buzz!
