We struggle! Winter blues & baby blues.... all the blues! The world is out to get us! ... Joking, well kind of. 

It can be difficult but we are realising how important it is to not always find peace in being comfortable. But also in being disciplined and movement. 

We also go off the rail roads and we get into it about spiritual gifts, which we will come back to on the next episode!
