Heyaaaaaa besties!

We are SO back. Sorry for the delay, life has truly been lifing...

But we are here, today with one of my best friends, Shannon (or Shanman as we like to call her). We recorded this in a car and had a whole big chat about being adult friends, as we met at work and now are going through adult life together.

Bonus, we went in a hot air balloon recently so talking about that too, if it's something you are interested in!

Okay so I knowwww this is weird, cos it's Tuesday, but listen, I am a one woman show I can only do so much. Lyd's Lil Life is back in business, baby!
