À propos de ce contenu audio

Low Signal became a thought roughly a year ago when I was inspired by a guy's podcast that I was listening to. It took me a while to get the nerve to actually give myself the go-ahead, but here I am. You know, I haven't actually decided the direction this thing is going to be heading, but that's alright. We'll make it up as we go and we'll figure it out along the way.

  • The Slow Burn (#10)
    Apr 14 2026

This episode dives into the long game for navigating microaggressions—the quiet, everyday patterns that slowly drain your time, energy, and momentum. From “office housework” that doesn’t get you promoted to the pressure of being the unspoken spokesperson, I discuss how these subtle dynamics show up and how to navigate them without burning out. This isn’t about reacting in the moment—it’s about protecting your trajectory, reclaiming your focus, and staying disciplined in spaces that will test both.

If you’ve ever felt overextended, overlooked, or expected to carry more than your role, this episode is for you.
