When you think of leading with self-love, it's natural to imagine that it's all about how you feel. And in a way, it is. However, something much more powerful is already driving the conditions of your life.

It's your ability to create and believe your stories.

Unfortunately, you can’t just ‘decide’ to tell yourself better stories. You have to understand how your superpower works, what has already been created, and why it was essential to your existence. I've developed seven foundational principles that let you create these new ways of seeing your old ways of being. 

It starts with learning how you've been taking yourself for granted by assuming that what you believe about yourself is the truth.

Your mind has secrets. There's so much she's not telling you, and frankly, doesn't want you to know. If you knew everything she knows, you wouldn't be as obedient to her, especially when faced with stress, fear, or pain.

There is so much wisdom within me and you. Everything you need is already within you. And, you are exactly where you need to be at this moment. My wish for you is that you set out on this journey. Reclaim your Soul. Befriend your Stories. And heal your Heart. As you do, you will walk into your next chapter, hand in hand with the Love that lies beneath.
