  • Maximum Caffeine (and Other Household Substances that Can Kill You)
    Jul 15 2025

Caffeine has always been a socially-acceptable drug, but have too much of it and it technically can kill you. And it's not the only thing in your kitchen pantry that has the power to delete you from the world at high doses. In this episode, I break-down four cornerstones of any kitchen where too much of a good thing is a very bad one. Ps. I guarantee you use at least two of these daily.

  • World’s Loudest Burp, Longest Fingernails, and More Weird World Records You Won’t Believe Exist
    Jul 1 2025

People will do anything for some internet clout nowadays, but if you really want to be remembered, you've gotta make it into the record books. The Guiness Book of World Records to be precise. And buried in their 53,000 world records on file are some weird ones. Today, we're talking about three of those, including the world's loudest burp, the world's longest fingernails, and the world's largest collection of a very random item.

  • Is the NBA Draft Rigged?? (& the Most Suspicious Draft Lotteries in NBA History)
    Jun 22 2025

Is the NBA Draft Lottery rigged? If not, how do you explain Derrick Rose to Chicago with a 1.7% chance? Or Anthony Davis to New Orleans? Or of course, Cooper Flagg (potentially) to the Dallas Mavericks with a 1.8% chance – shortly after trading Luka? Feels a little too good to be true, no?

The NBA Draft Lottery has been a suspect of alleged rigging since it was introduced in 1985. That was the year of another convenient storyline, where Patrick Ewing wound up on the New York Knicks. In fact, there's even a widespread conspiracy theory about this draft itself called the Frozen Envelope.

In this episode, we dissect the origins of the NBA Draft in the 80s, on behalf of a hungry new commissioner who was hellbent on turning the league into a marketing behemoth. We also dive into the most suspicious drafts in NBA history, making a claim that yes, the NBA Draft has most definitely been rigged at one point or another.

What do you think? NBA Draft rigged or not? Let me know in the comments.

  • A Brief History of Pizza
    Jun 11 2025

Sure, everyone loves pizza... but do you know where it actually came from? Up until recently, my answer would've vaguely just been "Italy" – but that's precisely what Logan Learns is for! Now I know that pizza actually originated on – get this – the battlefield. Seriously. This episode covers pizza's humble beginnings with soldiers and poor Italians, and its historic rise in popularity. Plus, we highlight some of the weirdest pizza dishes across the world (Banana Curry pizza anyone??).

  • 168 Hours Without Sleep (Hour by Hour Breakdown)
    Jun 5 2025

Okay sure, we've all pulled an all-nighter before, but now imagine doing that seven nights in a row. What would that feel like? Obviously, it wouldn't feel great – but I promise that the physical and mental effects of extreme sleep deprivation are way worse than you think.... and we have a few real life examples to thank for that. Shout out Randy Gardner and Norme from Twitch.

In this episode, we're breaking down the play-by-play of what 7 days without sleep would do to your body – physically and mentally. Also, I share a few stories of my own and somehow go on a tangent about a nightclub in Berlin. Enjoy.

  • The Lost City of Atlantis
    May 28 2025

Atlantis is easily the most notable lost civilization of them all. I mean, today it's practically a household name. But it has been over 12,000 years since Atlantis supposedly existed, and we've still made virtually zero progress towards finding the location of the lost underwater empire... right? Well, that depends on who you talk to. Beacause if you buy into some of the crazier theories out there, we could be sitting on a goldmine of Atlantis evidence just waiting to be uncovered... in the Sahara Desert or Antarctica of all places. I know, it sounds crazy – but that's what this show is for.

This is part two in our Deep Sea Extravaganza. Don't forget to check out the previous episode, Secrets of the Deep Sea.

  • Secrets of the Deep Sea: What’s Really at the Bottom of the Ocean?
    May 20 2025

Crazy alien fish, valuable resources, and lost civilizations. These are just a few of the secrets hiding at the bottom of the ocean – which remains a mystery even in 2025. In fact, the vast majority of the Earth's ocean floor remains unmapped, despite the fact that the ocean is right in our own backyard. So based on the little information that we have... what's really lurking at the bottom of the ocean? And why is it so damn difficult to explore? We break it all down in this week's episode of Logan Learns.

Ps. Can we get Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos to stop fighting over colonizing Mars and start mapping the bottom of the ocean?? C'mon guys.
