Tonight the guys sit down with Nick Stiles, a longtime enthusiast and participant at the studio. Nick is an immensely skilled painter who works strongly in the domains of fantasy, darkness, and imagination. Especially notable is his talent with the figure, long understood as the pinnacle of practice in art: training to render the human form trains one to render anything. He also has several large, public murals to his credit, and recently gave a four-part figure drawing course here at Location 1980.
