À propos de ce contenu audio

Hey friend—I'm Nicole Hoover, and this is Living My Human Design, a no-rules, off-the-cuff podcast where I share what it really looks like to live this wild Human Design experiment in real time.

As an Emotional Manifesting Generator traveling full-time across the U.S. in a 25’ motorhome with my husband, life is anything but linear—and neither is this podcast.

Here, you’ll hear me reflect on what I’m learning, the people and places that light me up, the emotional waves I ride, and the deep truths that unfold when I choose to live by design—not conditioning.

This space isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real. You’ll hear me raw, inspired, emotional, uncertain, empowered—and always, always inviting you to experiment with your own unique design.

No polished scripts. No fixed format. Just voice notes from the road, from my heart to yours.

Because Human Design isn’t something we do—it’s something we live.

Hi friend. This episode is a real-time update on what has been unfolding behind the scenes over the last few months.

I’m sharing how I went from signing up as a BodyGraph Virtual Assistant simply to learn the software… to stepping fully into a role supporting onboarding and demos directly with BodyGraph.

    It’s a story about alignment.
About letting go of what felt familiar.
About trusting emotional clarity instead of rushing forward on excitement.
About handing over a 25-year business to my husband.
And about watching doors open that I never could have planned.

This is Living My Human Design in motion.

Messy. Exciting. Unexpected. And deeply aligned.

If this episode resonated, I’d love to hear from you.
What doors have opened in your life that you never could have planned?

    Until next time.

You know those things that are just mildly inconvenient—so you don’t do them? That’s where this episode begins. I talk about how even something as simple as digging out my microphone can keep me from recording, and how awareness of those little resistances can shift everything.

From there, I wander into what’s been lighting me up lately—how my VA work has felt almost effortless. Clients keep finding me, projects flow naturally, and it’s all happening in such alignment that it honestly feels fun to watch it unfold. Working with my VA clients gives me something to respond to, and I love how those interactions spark new ideas.

I also share how I’ve been using ChatGPT as part of that creative flow. It gives me something tangible to respond to—ideas to refine, concepts to expand—which keeps my creative energy alive and moving.

And finally, I circle back to something that’s been calling me for a while: creating a Centers podcast series. One month, one center, living and exploring it in real time. The thing that’s held me back before? I’m not a great journaler. But this time, I’m trying something new—recording voice notes instead of writing, and sharing daily check-ins on Instagram as I go.

This is all still in the creation phase—messy, exciting, and real. I want to show that the experiment doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful. It can be fun, fluid, and imperfect… and that’s kind of the point.

    Stay tuned—something new is brewing.

    Warmly,

    Nicole Hoover

  • Episode 31: Seasons of Change: Building, Moving, and Coming Back to the Body
    Aug 30 2025

    Send a text

    Hello Friend,

This summer flew by. Much of it was spent stationary — helping my mother-in-law sell her home, pack it up, and move to Phoenix. Now we’re in Montana, taking care of our annual doctor visits and giving our RV a little reset before heading south for the winter.

What surprised me most about this season is how much I’ve poured into building my new BodyGraph Virtual Assistant business. I had no idea how much it would light me up. The creative building process took over in the best way — but I realized I wasn’t moving my body or caring for myself the way I needed to.

In this episode, I share how I’m getting back into the habit of movement, simple tips for starting again, and the reminder that it doesn’t have to be complicated. I also mention one of my favorite resources: darebee.com
    — a site full of free workout plans for every level of fitness.

This year, I intent to bring you along for the journey as we head into our next season on the road.

    Warmly,

    Nicole
