1) ASND - Ascend. Tools for transformation, Integration, & Manifestation ( ASND.passion.io )
- As of now, the platform includes:
- 2 Full Body Mobility programs
- 1 Lower Body & 1 Upper Body program
- MDU - Microdose University
- With more to come before the end of the year!
2) Somatic Experiencing: 30 minute stand alone session or an add-on prior to a massage therapy session (recommended). Working with the nervous system to help rid the stuck and built up energy/patters from past traumas.
3) Coaching! - I am a stress, fear and anxiety coach. A mindset and transformation coach, and a ceremony preparation and integration coach. I also work with individuals interested in microdosing intentionally to help improve their lives.
4) As always, house call massage therapy:)
