    • Finding Joy in the Delulu!

Alright friends - this one’s for all the fangirls, the feelers, the ones clinging to joy with both hands right now. In the final episode of Season 3, we’re picking up right where we left off last week: with our JK-5 categories and the idea that sometimes, our joy needs to be delulu-level loud. Because when the world feels heavy, spinning, or just too much to carry alone, sometimes the most radical thing we can do...is let ourselves feel happy on purpose. And to help me unpack all of that? I invited one of my favorite joyful humans - Jackie from Jackie In The Soop - to join the conversation.

Jackie’s a rising star in BTS Army circles and a true light-bearer - full of humor, heart, and the kind of energy that reminds you joy is still allowed here. We talked BTS (a lot - sorry not sorry), delulu culture, and why loving something fully - even if it feels a little silly - isn’t weakness. It’s survival. It’s rebellion. It’s joy, loud and unapologetic. Yes, I fangirled hard in this one. But also? We kept it real. Because delulu joy isn’t just for the fun moments - it’s something to hold on to when everything else feels dark. So whether you’re deep in the fandom or just figuring out what your JK-5s are, this one’s a celebration of whatever makes you feel more like you. Because joy doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else. It just has to be yours.

Make sure to follow Jackie on Instagram @JackieInTheSoop and check out her podcast: Talk Bangtan To Me.

    • Living Our Joy Out Loud

Okay friends - real talk. How’s your heart feeling right now? In this episode, I’m tossing the original script and inviting you into a more honest, unfiltered check-in. Because the truth is, the world feels heavy right now. And if you’ve been walking around trying to hold both your personal life together and the collective weight of everything going on - same. I had planned to talk about living our joy out loud. And I still believe in that. But this week, I needed to pause and ask: how do we even find joy when we’re carrying so much grief? How do we hold space for both? So, today’s episode is a pulse check. It’s me sharing the messy middle, the questions I’m asking, and the tiny things keeping me anchored. No polished lists. No pretending. Just an open-hearted reflection on what it means to be human right now - and a reminder that maybe joy isn’t frivolous. Maybe it’s resistance. If your heart feels tender, tired, or tangled, this one’s for you. Let’s take a breath together and begin.

What do we do when the world feels like it’s on fire, and joy feels out of reach? In this episode, I am sharing two simple tools I have been leaning on a lot lately when life feels overwhelming and noisy. First, a phrase I picked up from my therapist that helps me pause and take inventory of what’s still good and okay in my world. And second, how I have been using sound frequencies - not because they’re instant magic, but because they help me feel calm when my mind feels loud. This isn’t about fixing everything. It’s about finding tiny moments of peace and choosing to notice what’s good, right here, in our ordinary lives. If you’re feeling a little untethered lately, this one’s for you
