"Let George Do It" was a popular American radio drama series that aired from October 18, 1946, to September 27, 1954. It was produced by Owen and Pauline Vinson.Plot Summary: The show centered around George Valentine, a private investigator who advertised his services with a unique classified ad: "Personal notice: Danger's my stock-in-trade. If the job's too tough for you to handle, you've got a job for me, George Valentine. Write full details!"Initially, the series had a lighter, more comedic tone, with George being a "freelance troubleshooter" involved in a variety of cases, including romantic and family dramas. However, it quickly evolved into a suspenseful, tough-guy private eye series, dealing with murders, blackmail, kidnappings, and other crimes. George Valentine was portrayed as an intelligent, thinking man who preferred analytical investigation to brute force.Main Cast:
