Hello everyone!!! I Knowwwww, it's been a long minute since my last show, but here is the truth....

I still struggle every day from the pain that parental alienation causes. It's an agony that cuts deep into my soul, leaving me feeling empty and lost.

Parental alienation tears families apart and leaves lasting scars on everyone involved, particularly the alienated parent. The emotional wounds inflicted by this form of psychological abuse are profound and long-lasting and at times hits harder than usual.

As I sit here, contemplating the depth of my own pain, I realize that I don't have all the answers. The journey of healing is a complex one, and it's different for everyone. What works for one person may not work for another, and that is something I've come to understand and accept.

In this episode, I want to discuss what I have been struggling with these past few weeks and also touch on what the last episode was about, just to get everyone up to speed.

My podcast is not to sugarcoat my pain, I share the raw emotions that still haunt me, the sleepless nights filled with unanswered questions. It's not an easy topic to talk about with just anyone. Not everyone will understand, we get judged, we gets the dirty looks and to anyone who wants to give their advice please don't speak on pain you have never felt! Don't tell me what you would do if you were in my shoes, because you have NO IDEA HOW YOU WILL RESPOND UNTIL YOU ARE IN MY SHOES!

and the sent email. (just in case its checked by the abuser) You are not alone! And I promise to help you
