She was also Program Manager for Supply Chain Management at Kent Electronics and Senior Operations Technician and Senior Customer Service Representative for Fritz Companies/UPS. Jenn has an MBA from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Baylor.

She has also been a board member for the Academy of Human Resource Development for over five and a half years. Before working for University of Houston, Tomika was a Lead Trainer and Training Specialist for the University of Houston Downtown and a Human Performance Analyst for Accenture. Tomika has her PhD in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, her Master’s in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech, and her Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State.

He describes his work as a problem solver in the people space helping to find unique solutions to get real business results. Before working at Amazon, Hassan was the Director for Learning at Technip FMC where he led a team of around 30 learning professionals to build a host of next-generation learning programs that won a number of prestigious awards. Hassan has his Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Houston Clear Lake and his Bachelor’s in Government and History from the University of Texas.
