This podcast is dedicated to discuss nowadays shift in Leadership for Leaders & Professionals during change, uncertainty and that are under pressure. Several more episodes will be released on a regular basis.

I'll be having reflective conversations with guests about leadership and moments of transition in life or at work. In each episode with my guest we will discuss topics of leadership from how knowing what truly matters enables us to make grounded choices, how to make success something that serves you instead of work against you, how our brain works in defining what we want and do.

I'll also explore embodied leadership and how our body can make us more effective under pressure. I'll discuss how leadership identity is key to leading teams and ourselves without loosing our true self, to remain grounded in ourselves in periods of uncertainty and when not knowing what tomorrow is made of. Discovering what nature has to offer to leaders in a fast world of doing, how being becomes a critical element of successful leadership.

My guests are leaders and coaches, tapping into their experience and how they have supported others in their own leadership journey and development. Each episode will give you insight and tips that you can start to apply in your own life.

This podcast is especially relevant for leaders, business owners, or someone entering leadership roles at work as well as for coaches, navigating complexity, change, pressure and uncertainty.

I am Laurent Maillefer, a CPCC certified coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.

  • From Thinking to Sensing Leadership with Pia Eggimann: Nature as a Guide
    May 6 2026

I met with Pia Eggimann to explore how nature can positively influence leadership and what it can teach us about how we lead, decide, and develop.

Together, we reflect on how simple shifts can help us reconnect to what truly matters, moving from a purely thinking-based leadership to one that is sensed, embodied, and lived. This conversation invites you to step outside, slow down, and rediscover a deeper source of clarity and direction.

If you can, take this episode with you on a walk in nature. And if not, let it meet you wherever you are.

Pia Eggimann is a leadership coach and the founder of Positive Coaching. She supports women in moments of transition to reconnect with their inner authority, so they can lead and make decisions from a place that feels deeply aligned and true to who they are.
