I will share life examples of my own experiences and journey out of the only culture we ever knew (Born and raised Amish). You will find tips and recommendations for healthy living in every aspect. We will talk about faith, family, food and even fitness! I believe our physical, emotional, and spiritual health is all very closely related. What does it look like to be healthy in every aspect?! Let's dive in together. Healthy families are my biggest passion in life, so you can also expect to hear from my daughter Luanne and our other children, as well as many others!
