  • Knowing … why things feel f*cked pt. 2
    Apr 1 2026

On this episode of Knowing Me, Knowing You, Trent chats with Integrated Psychotherapist and author, Andrew Sloan, as they discuss why we feel stuck, why things feel f*cked and how we can become unstuck.

Andrew is the author of the book “Why Things Feel F*cked – Your Practical Guide to Getting Unstuck”, and his work as an integrated psychotherapist sees him combining the best parts of psychotherapy and coaching to help his clients reflect on how their past can show up in their present life, whilst also working with them to connect these experiences to a future that’s both purposeful and inspiring.

Together, Trent and Andrew continue their conversation by discussing why things feel f*cked and how to become unstuck from these feelings.

They should not replace specific and individualised mental health support that might be needed.
