In this episode of Just Peter – Your Dynamics Podcast, Peter sits down with Tine, Microsoft MVP and BC Strategist at Companial.

What starts as a personal story about moving back from Lithuania to Slovenia quickly turns into a grounded discussion about the Dynamics ecosystem and where it is realistically heading.

They talk openly about what being a Microsoft MVP actually entails beyond the badge, why AI assisted development is fundamentally different from vibe coding, and how both will impact developers, consultants, partners, and ISVs over the next few years.

The conversation also touches on community events like DynamicsMinds and Directions, why environment and daylight matter more than people admit, and why taking a proper pause sometimes creates better long-term focus than pushing through another release cycle.

No hype, no roadmap promises, just practical experience from someone working close to both Microsoft and the partner ecosystem.

In this episode, Peter talks with Matt Holzmann, Channel Director at Leapwork, about test automation, life in the Dynamics ecosystem, and what it really means to lead with authenticity.

They dive into:

• The business value of automated testing (and what “happy paths” really mean)

• How Leapwork supports partners with automation across D365 projects

• Why the Dynamics community feels more like family than a market

• Diversity in Dynamics — and why the “B” in LGBTQ+ matters more than people think

Matt also opens up about his journey as one of the few openly bisexual men in tech, his years at Microsoft, and how leadership and inclusion go hand in hand.

🎬 Behind the scenes at Just Peter

Not every podcast moment makes it to the final cut…

Like the times Peter forgets to press record, scrolls the wrong way in his script, or leaves in an intro that makes the editing team question everything.

Bas usually ends up laughing his way through the raw files and honestly, so do we.

The good news? The record button was pressed this time.

And the next episode with Matt Holzmann is on its way soon.

Stay tuned it’s worth it.
