Hello Joy Filled Universe Stars!!!!!!!!

Today we are going to discuss something that used to terrify me very early on in my spiritual awakening ...and that was negative thoughts!!!1 I was always so concerned that when those little grumpy gremlins creeped into my brain that they would undo all of my terrific mindset efforts!! HOWEVER....I later learned how much weaker negative thoughts are....and how they certainly ARE NOT our undoing and with awareness we can actually use these thoughts to our advantage ~~~~ Thank You Universe!!!! ~~~~~

Hello Everyone!!!!

I hope everyone is having a terrific January thus far!!!!! In today's episode we are going to talk all about how to use the remaining days of January to calibrate our Happy and Joyful Vibe that can sustain us for the entire year ahead!

So all we need is 21 days to employ some of the practices we discuss today... and if we start now...it will take us all the way through February 1st!!! However, it doesn't matter if it's January or December (or any month in-between)... these practices can be applied anytime if we want to boost our vibe and attract like energy into our experiences!

We're almost there!!!! 2026!!!!! NEW YEAR!!!!!!! So Exciting because I know it is going to be an incredible year for all of us!!!!! Hello Everyone!!!!

 Happy Holidays Joy Filled Universe!!!!!!
