Ever wonder what it's like to work with a whole room of four-year olds? Jess walks us through what a day in the classroom can be like with these little learners. From getting into routines, learning through play, and building a community, being a preschool teacher takes a lot of heart and a lot of patience. But there is also SO much joy! Although Jess started out in education at the secondary level, she has had a lot of fun in early education. Alongside of her teaching role, she is also the director for the preschool program.
