    • The Wilding Experience to Self Love with Lee Dashti
      Oct 8 2023

I am so excited to introduce you to a special connection I made while in Sayulita. Meet Lee, a transformative life coach and retreat facilitator.

Lee and I crossed paths briefly as neighbors but quickly realized our alignment in our dedication to live authentically as ourselves.

I am so honored to introduce you to her and her work and I highly suggest you taking a deeper dive into her offerings.

      May 10 2023

I am so excited to share this podcast with you guys! I was randomly messaged and ask to do this podcast I had never heard of. After looking up Are You Happy on TikTok I was blown away by the work they are doing. I had an intimate conversation with Dibran about my story, Vipasana, and spiritually.

Please check out the work they are doing on TikTok, Instagram, and Spotify listed as @areyouhappyofficial

    • Grieving change, moving to Sayulita, Mexico solo, I am from Allen, TX
      May 8 2023

I have been processing a lot of emotions over the past weeks. Not only have I moved to Sayulita, Mexico completely alone but my hometown also had a mass shooting over this past weekend.

I have been processing grieving change from how life used to be but also being excited about the future. I have been processing how any familar place such as my hometown is now the subject of such a horrid act. It seems like everything has changed and will never be the same again. It is scary, it is exciting, it's emotional.

I just wanted to share my reflections on things going on in my life and what has happened in my hometown.

Sending you all love & light.
