In light of the current conflict, it is crucial to understand how we are to think about the modern Jewish state. They argue that we should not be looking to the modern geopolitical nation of Israel for prophetic fulfillment, whether or not there is a future wave of Jewish people who come to faith. We are to view the people of God as composed of people with the faith of Abraham in the Messiah, not unbelieving ethnic Israel.
