Irene Finel-Honigman is a citizen of the world, and understands the complicated financial ebbs and flows that impact our daily lives. An adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of International Affairs, she is an expert of banking, finance, interest rates and trade. She explains the current banking jitters, and she explains the complexities of interest rates.
