This episode provides a brief introduction to why this podcast on CX AI was created.  My name is John Walter and I am a BPO broker and attorney.  Through my work experience, it has become clear that artificial intelligence is having a major impact on the customer support industry and that its role will increase significantly over the next decade.  The goal of this show is to understand the current uses of AI in customer support today and to learn where it is heading in the future.
